September 29, 2011 - Today, the Québec Ombudsperson, Raymonde Saint-Germain, presented the institution’s 41st annual report in the National Assembly.
The Québec Ombudsman presents its observations concerning government departments, public agencies, and institutions within the health and social services network based on the complaints it processed that year.
